1. This registration is purely for Corporate Sector – MNC, Public Limited, Limited Company, Private Limited, LLP, Partnership organization, Proprietorship, Organization, NGO, and Trust.
2. The recruitment mainly focus in Sector Like – Pharma, Real Estate, FMCG, Medical, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing Unit, Factory, Digital Marketing, Hotel, Super market, Malls, etc.
3. Candidate may engage within district, within state, outside state, outside country as per client requirement & candidate interest.
4. Candidate may engage post Like – Manager (HR), Manager (Marketing), Manager (Finance), Sales Person, Accountant, Data Entry Operator, IT Professional, Supervisor, Front Office Manager, Back Office Manager, Receptionist, Call Cantre Executive, Attendant, FMCG Marketing Staff, Pharma Product Marketing Staff, Front Office Staff, Back Office Staff, Sales Staff, Driver, Security Guard, Security Supervisor, Watchman, Cook, Gardner (Mali), Hotel Boy, Cleaning & Sweeping Staff, Billing Staff, Managerial Staff, Office maintenance Staff, Teacher, Engineering & Technical Staff, Para Medical Staff, Nurse, Delivery & Dispatcher Staff, Electrician, Plumber, Construction Technical & allied staff etc.
5. Registration with Jobmart99.com is powered by Bhumisree Consultancy & Marketing (P) Ltd. means that your candidature details have been added to our database
6. If there is any matched vacancy as per your profile, Jobmart99.com job center may send you interview information including venue and schedule.
7. The consultancy may offer/arrange or inform about interviews two times throughout the year.
8. Experience & qualify manpower may call for interview first-cum-first basis, Fresher may call for interview as per the client requirement.
9. Registration with Jobmart99.com does not guarantee job placement. The registration fee is only a facilitation charge to maintain your profile and notify you about suitable vacancies & the selected Candidate will get offer letter.
10. Jobmart99.com shall make best efforts to provide job opportunities but does not guarantee placement or selection, as final selection depends on the employer and candidate skills
11. If any job center, HR recruitment agency, Fraud Agent assures guaranteed placement, such statements should be considered as false and BCMPL is not responsible at any circumstance. Another aspect jobmart99.com is not responsible for false and or any kind of fraud by outsider.
12. Once the registration fee is paid by the candidate, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
13. If at any stage it is found that the candidate has criminal antecedents, the registration shall become null and void. The candidate will submit Police Verification Certificate from Local Police Station, Fitness Certificate before deployment.
14. If the candidate does not accept the terms and conditions of Jobmart99.com, they will not be allowed to participate in the registration process
15. Registration fee is ₹99 Including GST, valid for one Time. If the candidate gets a job and later resigns or is terminated, fresh registration is required with a fee of ₹99 Including GST for another registration.
16. You authorize Jobmart99.com to communicate job information via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone during the registration validity period.
17. Jobmart99.com does not guarantee local vacancies, which are subject to availability of jobs in a particular area.
18. Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be referred to a sole arbitrator nominated by Jobmart99.com. The venue of arbitration shall be Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and jurisdiction shall lie with Bhubaneswar Courts.
19. Once Jobmart99.com provides you a job at any location, the consultancy’s objective is fulfilled. For further job assistance, fresh registration or renewal is mandatory.
20. Candidates must mention Jobmart99.com / Bhumisree Consultancy name on their resume while attending interviews.
21. If selected through our reference, the candidate must immediately submit a copy of the appointment letter to our consultancy for records.
22. Once selected, the candidate shall be solely an employee of the hiring organization. Jobmart99.com shall not be responsible for any dispute between the candidate and the organization.
23. The candidate is prohibited from persistently sending messages or posting content that causes harassment, annoyance, or distress to others.
24. Candidates are strictly prohibited from uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful software on Jobmart99.com systems.
25. Consultancy Fee will deposit in BCMPL account before deployment as per BCMPL guideline.
26. Security Money (Refundable without interest) may & may not deposit in BCMPL account before deployment as per the Client term & condition

In the event of any violation of the above terms, Jobmart99.com reserves the right to remove content, issue warnings, suspend, or terminate the candidate’s registration without prior notice.
