1. Registration with Jobmart99.com powered by Bhumisree Consultancy & Marketing (P) Ltd. means that your candidature details have been added to our database.
2. If there is any matched vacancy as per your profile, Jobmart99.com or its job center may send you interview information including venue and schedule.
3. The consultancy may arrange or inform about interviews a minimum of two times throughout the year.
4. You may contact the HR on the provided number and request to apply for the mentioned job code.
5. Registration with Jobmart99.com does not guarantee job placement. The registration fee is only a facilitation charge to maintain your profile and notify you about suitable vacancies.
6. Jobmart99.com shall make best efforts to provide job opportunities but does not guarantee placement or selection, as final selection depends on the employer and candidate skills.
7. If any job center or HR assures guaranteed placement, such statements should be considered false and reported. Jobmart99.com will take strict action against such false commitments.
8. Once the registration fee is paid by the candidate, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
9. If at any stage it is found that the candidate has criminal antecedents, the registration shall become null and void.
10. If the candidate does not accept the terms and conditions of Jobmart99.com, they will not be allowed to participate in the registration process.
11. Registration fee is ₹99 Including GST, valid for one Time. If the candidate gets a job and later resigns or is terminated, fresh registration is required with a fee of ₹99 Including GST for another registration.
12. You authorize Jobmart99.com to communicate job information via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone during the registration validity period.
13. Jobmart99.com does not guarantee local vacancies, which are subject to availability of jobs in a particular area.
14. Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be referred to a sole arbitrator nominated by Jobmart99.com. The venue of arbitration shall be Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and jurisdiction shall lie with Bhubaneswar courts.
15. Once Jobmart99.com provides you a job at any location, the consultancy’s objective is fulfilled. For further job assistance, fresh registration or renewal is mandatory.
16. Candidates must mention Jobmart99.com / Bhumisree Consultancy name on their resume while attending interviews.
17. If selected through our reference, the candidate must immediately submit a copy of the appointment letter to our consultancy for records.
18. Once selected, the candidate shall be solely an employee of the hiring organization. Jobmart99.com shall not be responsible for any dispute between the candidate and the organization.
19. The candidate is prohibited from persistently sending messages or posting content that causes harassment, annoyance, or distress to others.
20. Candidates selected for private sector or government outsourcing jobs must deposit one month’s salary as security money (refundable without interest) through DD, NEFT/RTGS/UPI/IMPS or electronic payment.
21. Security money will be refunded within 90 days upon submission of No Dues and Performance Certificates. It will be forfeited in case of misconduct, security risk, breach of confidentiality, or leaving without notice.
22. Candidates are strictly prohibited from uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful software on Jobmart99.com systems.

In the event of any violation of the above terms, Jobmart99.com reserves the right to remove content, issue warnings, suspend, or terminate the candidate’s registration without prior notice.
